Airport Information Desks are located in the central core of the Airside Terminal on the concourse level and in the central area of the Landside Terminal on the ticketing level.
Paging:
Passengers and airport visitors can be paged through the Information Desks and the blue airport courtesy phones. One video monitor in each of the flight information display banks located throughout the airport will display a visual notice of paging.
Airport Courtesy Phones:
Information and assistance are available by using any of the blue courtesy phones located throughout the airport.
Travelers Aid:
The Travelers Aid Society of Pittsburgh offers general travel orientation, community information and assistance in emergency situations. Travelers Aid is located in the Landside Terminal on the baggage claim level. Phone: (412) 472-3599.
Passenger Service Centers:
The following services are offered in passenger service centers that are located throughout each of the four Airside Terminal concourse arms: public telephones, text telephones, FAX machines, courtesy phones, automated teller machines (ATM’s), change machines, storage lockers, newspapers, flight insurance, mailboxes and express mail pick-up boxes.
Business Service Center
The Mutual of Omaha Business Service Center is located in the Landside Terminal building on the transit level. The center offers a number of business services, including: FAX, photocopies, notary, foreign money exchange, money orders, a telephone suite, teleTICKET airline ticket pick-up, travel insurance, traveler’s cheques, Traveler’s Discount Dining Card and wiring emergency cash. Kidsport
Kidsport, a place for weary travelers to amuse and engage their children with a variety of toys, books and activities, is located in the Airside Terminal core on the concourse level. Pittsburgh’s airport was the first in the country to provide a children’s area. Kidsport is free to the public and fully accessible. There is a changing area for infants, restrooms and a room for nursing mothers. The restrooms are designed to allow a child to be accompanied by an adult.
Medical Services
Emergency Medical Technicians: The airport fire department’s emergency medical technicians provide prompt ambulance service 24 hours per day. For emergency assistance, phone (412) 472-5600
Lost and Found
Passengers should contact their airline for lost luggage, the taxi company, bus line or limousine service for items lost in transit, and a restaurant, bar or shop for items lost in retail areas. If items were lost in public areas of the airport, contact the Allegheny County Department of Aviation at (412) 472-3500.
Post Office
A U.S. Post Office is located in the Landside Terminal on the transit level. Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Mailboxes are located throughout the airport.
